Global preferences start going out to the wikis tomorrow. After the two days for deployment and making sure nothing breaks, I am going to post a short message to all the wikis with known discussion spaces about the new feature on Thursday, 22 March.

I'm asking for help in translating the announcement, it is only two sentences:
