The Community Tech team is planning to send out the Community Wishlist Survey invitation soon. The point of the survey is to allow the team to work on the issues the core community feels are the most important to make their lives easier. In order to do this, they need to reach parts of the Wikimedia community that don't speak English. In particular, they're concerned about the current lack of Japanese, (Mandarin) Chinese and Russian, but they'd like to see as many languages as possible.
