Quick note:  Translation memory seems to mostly be working for this right now.   About half the sentences are the same as last year's, so I was able to get about half of the content for https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Tech/Server_switch_2018/pt straight from translation memory.  In other cases, the only thing that changed was the dates, which should be a quick and easy update from previous years' messages.  This piece does not take as long to translate as you might otherwise expect.
