Hi translators!

Thanks so much for your work on this banner. The Wikimania team wasn’t aware that priority languages/non-priority languages had been set, and we’ve just gotten help with having that undone :) We’d like to have as many languages as possible for this banner!

Please consider not using the "your language is not a priority" mark unless the goal is to stop people from translating into the language.
