I was just trying to access <a href="https://jira.toolserver.org/">https://jira.toolserver.org/</a> and <a href="https://fisheye.toolserver.org/">https://fisheye.toolserver.org/</a> and I&#39;m getting a &quot;problem loading page: the server at <a href="http://jira.toolserver.org">jira.toolserver.org</a> is taking too long to respond&quot; error.<br>
