I doubt that you can not work without the renaming of your account. Renamings
always took much time, because it is much work. In practice a new account has
to created, all files have to move to the new account, databases have to dumped
and re-imported, web-URLs have to re-directed and and and….
If we hadn't renamed accounts in the past, I would decline these requests.
