This was encountered with the following article for deletion:

The actual result is that Piet.Wijker was seen as the nominating party, instead of Wutsje. This caused the author of the article nominated to be falsely informed.
The expected result was for Wutsje to be identified as the author of the nomination. Several suggestions for how to slightly improve the detection mechanism are mentioned in https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overleg_Wikipedia:Nlwikibots#Nominatie_Bob_Winter where this issue was originally raised.
