TASK DESCRIPTION
tvpmelder reports not only to the author of an article, but also to the persons who have done at least 5 edits to the article. Due to this, it sometimes happens that the nominator, who has already done some corrections to the article, gets notified as well, which gives confusion. Best fix is to filter the nominator from the persons to notify.

This was encountered with the following article for deletion:

The actual result is that Piet.Wijker was seen as the nominating party, instead of Wutsje. This caused the author of the article nominated to be falsely informed.
The expected result was for Wutsje to be identified as the author of the nomination. Several suggestions for how to slightly improve the detection mechanism are mentioned in https://nl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Overleg_Wikipedia:Nlwikibots#Nominatie_Bob_Wi… where this issue was originally raised.
