PDF or other e-Book method? Being new to Wikipedia, perhaps this is an old question. Are there any means to obtain a PDF file or other electronic book (other than HTML)? I've done a search for html to pdf converters on the web and found this site. http://www.easysw.com/htmldoc/pdf-o-matic.php which provides a program that converts html pages to pdf. It's not for me, I'm still on Windows. But are there any Unix users who want to download it.
