We can transfer them all to the commons and then create index pages in wikisource.
But i think we should wait for the ocr.
It is difficult to proofread books with old fonts. the accuracy is less. we can do test ocr and then see the accuracy. Then as and when the book will be proofread, (i.e., if someone shows interest in proofreading) then we can do the ocr.
Definitely a great addition to the Tamil wikisource.
