2 questions about the wording:

1) In the note: Who is "they". Shouldn't it be "feedbacks" then? Or "it"?

2) Annisa shares information with her friends in her local language. I understand what we want to say, this becomes clear later. But when I read the sentence first without reading further my first thought is that this is self-evident. Every single person on this planet talks to her/his friends in her/his local language. Michael does that as well.
