2) Annisa shares information with her friends in her local language. I understand what we want to say, this becomes clear later. But when I read the sentence first without reading further my first thought is that this is self-evident. Every single person on this planet talks to her/his friends in her/his local language. Michael does that as well.
This is referring to wanting content to share not in English but in her local language. For the US - his local language is in English, so he has access to much more content already. What will make this more clear?
