Hi,

I just translated around 50% of this text which took me 2.5 hrs - so I guess entire text translation is for about around 6 hrs of our time. Bear it in mind, as this is pretty hard to translate,  because of lots of references as well as complexity of the text itself.

The translation markup is broken in several places which makes part of the text not appearing in translation boxes. I cannot fix it as I lost my translation privileges at the end of June...

Hi all,

We have published and readied for translation the research report on

upcoming cycle 3 challenges discussions for your consideration and,
hopefully, translations. :)
