I’d be wary about saying “tomorrow” when, as I type, it’s the 17th here right now. ;)

I like "Did you know more than 100 million edits were made on Wikipedia this year?” though!

Likewise we should probably stick to UTC for the announcement time (or maybe, if we have characters, UTC/PST or whatever). I don’t know what PCT stands for.
