Silly, cool, both? Facebook has turned on Reactions for all users, letting you Love and give other reactions to content. (Just hover your cursor over the Like button to see.) 

(I wonder why they didn't turn on Love on Valentine's Day?) Any thoughts on a post to let people click the Reactions?
