If you read the whole post, the second-to-last paragraph (together
with the preceding one on computer-mediated communication) contains
some explanations why certain autistic traits - e.g. intensive
attention to detail - might be seen as strengths in the context of
working on Wikipedia, facilitating positive contributions that benefit
the project and its readers. That's what I was referring to, with the
hope that this aspect about the upsides of neurodiversity will prevail
over negative readings of the post such as in the the link I
shared.
