We've taken down the post for a few minutes at Maria's request.

Michael tells us that licensing rules prevent us from uploading the video directly to Facebook. With that in mind, I think we can use both proposed posts above—one for the video and one for the blog post.

@Maria, can you add links to the report in the Youtube video's description?
