I believe Wikipedians are already trying to do this. I'll ping them and see if that effort is still ongoing.

Would it be possible to tweet at her new twitter handle @Caitlyn_Jenner asking for an updated image for Wikipedia?

Copy could be something like " Hello Caitlyn, Wikipedia doesn't have a current image of you. Can you take a selfie for us?"
