Hello there,

We made some tweaks to the blog post our yesterday to include the editahton held yesterday, sponsored by the White House and Wikimedia DC. Thank you for reviewing!

Not blown away by this quote:

Fb/g: "There is a bias and a lack of people of color involved in creating Wikipedia...events like today are in part to make people aware of that and then to empower them and give them the information they need to correct that bias."

This one is my favorite:

Fb/g: On Tuesday, Wikimedians gathered at the first-ever White House sponsored edit-a-thon, one of a number of edit-a-thons held across the U.S. to commemorate Black History Month.

This one underplays the White House event, which is a big deal. So I prefer the one above.

Fb/g:  Wikimedians teamed up with cultural, political institutions- from Howard University, NPR, and even the White House - for Black History Month to address Wikipedia's multicultural gap.

Fb/g: February is Black History Month in the United States. Throughout this month, Wikimedians partnered with a variety of institutions - from the Schomburg Center, Howard University, and even the White House - for edit-a-thons to address Wikipedia's multicultural gap.

Fb/g: Because Black Lives Matter.

fb/g: Wikimedians partnered with major cultural institutions - Howard University, the Schomburg Center, NPR, even the White House - to commemorate Black History Month in the United States.

t: @NPR, @whitehouseostp, @HowardUniv partner with Wikimedians for #BHM edit-a-thons:

t: Tuesday, Wikimedians participated in first ever #BHMeditathon sponsored by @whitehouseostp

Assuming you already tweeted about the blog post in general terms yestersday, I would emphasize the White House event today.

But this tweet is very cryptic for a casual reader. Could we include the words ‘first White House edit-a-thon’ in plain text, without all the cryptic characters?

“The White House just hosted its first edit-a-thon! (add hashtags here)"

t: The @whitehouseostp & @wikimediadc teamed up for first ever #BHMEditathon.
