Since getting a paper out the door, I have more time to devote to RCom.  I&#39;ve have updated the Subject recruitment process(<a href="http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research_Committee/Areas_of_interest/Subject_recruitment_processes" target="_blank">http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research_Committee/Areas_of_interest/Subject_recruitment_processes</a>) area of interest with details about WP:Research and WP:SRAG, a relevant attempt at producing a subject recruitment process for the English Wikipedia.  I&#39;m not sure if we want to use the associated talk page(<a href="http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Research_Committee/Areas_of_interest/Subject_recruitment_processes" target="_blank">http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Talk:Research_Committee/Areas_of_interest/Subject_recruitment_processes</a>) or the mailing list to discuss next steps, but I&#39;d like to hear everyone&#39;s opinion on what we(RCom) should try next.
