your user-config is:
# -*- coding: utf-8 -*-
family = 'mediawiki'
mylang = 'en'
usernames['mediawiki']['en'] = u'shalini'

but it should be:
# -*- coding: utf-8 -*-
family = 'mediawiki'
mylang = 'mediawiki'
usernames['mediawiki']['mediawiki'] = u'shalini'
