Yes you are absolutely right! The files I want to transfer can be seen in [1]. The binary files (archives) are compressed version on XML (text) files. The reason for the compression was that they are 20MB in size before and just 2MB after and their content will never get changed, in fact it MUST NOT get changed - at least by humans.

I think we can have multiple repository 'layers', so pywikibot/thirdparty/haartraining etc might be a nice option?
I woul prefer to stop using the 'thirdparty' term for my codes, since I included everything into pywikibot now. We can keep it for other uses, but since "my" codes are all here now they aren't third-party anymore... ;) I would prefer to use 'other' or even nothing like for 'spelling' and 'i18n'.
