[bugs:#1670] reflinks.py work with ref group

reflinks.py from /compat/ makes some mess with groups of references:

Is it possible to amend it or just start to ignore references with
inside?

PS: I've created bug on bugzilla (53936) but it seems that active bugtracker is here, not there
