[patches:#619] fix for reflinks.py

patch tested and works OK. The following changes will be implemented:
- fix of ru.wiki bot, who will run the script (the previous in not active anymore)
- fix of translations
- fix of preparation - now it will be in the form , not : edit tab in wikis proposes this variant and wikiusers use it more
