You may also use IDLE wich comes with python. Have fun with both of it. It is also very usefull for debuging and developing ;)
Yes, IDLE is very nice and more colourful, but I don't like the way it handles command memory with alt P and such combinations. Uparrow is so comfortable with my other finger on enter. :-)
