I'm sorry that I didn't posted it. And since I deleted the logs, I
can't retrieve it either :-(

Can't you reproduce the issue again?

If it is because you manually fixed the redirects, since redirects are not very user-visible, it may be worth creating some of them again just to reproduce the issue.

Otherwise, maybe you should forget about the issue until you ran into it again in the future (if ever), and then make sure that you include the output of the issue.
