Hi,

I've noticed https://phabricator.wikimedia.org/T70797 has been
proposed for GCI, but cannot be published due to a lack of mentor
(mentor being Ladsgroup, I suppose?)

Is there anyone else who can take over as mentor? (it will go through
code review anyway, so we can all take a look)
