I had a talk with Nicolas Dumazet and he suggested i give more details
about my work and my wiki identity :
Mostly active with
http://fr.wikibooks.org/wiki/Utilisateur:Tavernier
and
http://fr.wikibooks.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Tavernierbot
I did a python irc bot :
http://www.projet-ejv.ovh.org/blog/index.php/2007/03/20/6-script-python-nou…
and have general interest in python :
http://fr.wikibooks.org/wiki/Apprendre_%C3%A0_programmer_avec_Python
(not the author, but wikifier)
I did some stuff with javascript :
http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikip%C3%A9dia:Brouillons/interface_ajax/js
and basic :
http://www.planet-casio.com/Uk/account/profil.php?membre=meithal
(years ago) and and have basic knowledge in several other languages
and internet protocols (http and irc mostly).
My philosophy is to not bother people and not being bothered by them
about access granting, privileges, and so on ; but once one start
working, discuss/revert what is undesirable. So i think the
translatewiki right granting process
(
http://translatewiki.net/wiki/Betawiki:Translator) is quite good
(just ask and get the keys), althought somewhat boring (you still must
beg for the right  ).
Kind regards.
