I am Budhachandra, I am new around here. My goal is to get familiar to the project and be ready for Wikimedia Software Engineering Internship Program (2025).

Can I be assigned to this issue ?
The repository mirrored on github has a README.md which shows how to set up the environment. I have done the first few steps and have generated user-config.py with default settings.
