I have problem to login, my wiki is locate on localhost/wikiSimpop

Here my user-config.py :

mylang = 'fr'
family = 'wikiSimpop'
usernames['wikiSimpop']['fr'] = u'abotsimpop'

Here my family wikiSimpop_family.py :

No trace of localhost, no trace of wikiSimpop ... and /w/index.php doesn't exist for me ... it's api.php and not /w ...
