Generic  namespaces in a given language are in family.py, while project-specific namespaces are in wikipedia_family.py (and the rest). So the project and project talk namespaces (Wikipedia: and Wikipedia_talk:) are in wikipedia_family.py, as are any custom namespaces (Portal:, Appendix:, Book: and so on). This also goes for specialised names for generic namespaces, like Wikipedysta: and so on, while normally User:, Template:, Category:, etc, are in family.py.<br>
