I should look on relevant links before replying... Maybe tests are just queued without a reason, if you don't know, see https://integration.wikimedia.org/zuul, it should display existing jobs.

Recheck command is restricted to whitelisted users only. It isn't an issue. It is quite similar to autopatrolled feature on wiki ;).

It seems to be specific for my user.
The username is mpaa, but I use Mpaa as Full Name.
