As you may now, the pages of pywikibot mailing lists (Pywikipedia-l, Pywikipedia-bugs, Pywikipedia-announce, Pywikibot-commits) have changed.

It's based on one of templates that has been written by Quim Gil with some small changes.

What do you think about it? Is any further changes needed?
