I just noticed that I cannot fetch anymore information from Wikidata. I’m not editing, I’m just reading:

wikidata_item = pywikibot.ItemPage(wikidata_repo, arg)

and i get:

Sleeping for 25.8 seconds, 2023-03-07 11:15:43

Is there some problem on Wikidata infrastructure?
