May be the haartraining could be included into opencv... I have to
look at this once more - in svn it was not possible... ;)

But as initially mentioned I need some repos in order to finish
this work. I would prefer to have 1 repo called
'pywikibot/externals' and then create directories in it for
'spelling' and all the other stuff like 'haartraining', 'opencv'
and 'pycolorname' BUT that is not possible as I understand git,
since every submodule has to be an own repo. Therefore we have to
create at least 3 further repos, that I would prefer to call:
pywikibot/haartraining pywikibot/opencv pywikibot/pycolorname
like or similar to:
pywikibot/i18n pywikibot/spelling
