There is an RFC about project hosting. All options are git, and SourceForge does support git.

In my opinion, going back to SVN will seriously hurt the project, and I think Github is a better choice than SourceForge but I dont mind either option.

When?

I just made an effort to familiarie myself with gerrit, so this was not worth again?
It would be so nice to deal with effective working instead of changing work environments just as underpants all the time.
The best choice would STILL be to take Pywikibot back to SourceForge and SVN...
