Hi,
I have a domain, let's say https://xxx.hu, which shows to a subdirectory on
my online storage place as a secondary domain.
I have a private Mediawiki installation, let's say https://xxx.hu/mywiki.
You cannot see anything even on the main page without logging in.
I tried to create a family file and log in with my bot account, but I get
WARNING: Non-JSON response received from server mywiki : mywiki for url
https:// xxx .hu/ mywiki /api.php
The server may be down.
Status code: 200
The text message is:
MediaWiki API súgó – wiki
WARNING: Waiting 5.0 seconds before retrying.
WARNING: Waiting 10.0 seconds before retrying.
WARNING: Waiting 20.0 seconds before retrying. etc. etc.
The same URL (https:// xxx .hu/ mywiki /api.php) works nice if I paste it
to the browser after logging in interactively. The server is up. So I
suspect that the bot wants to reach a page for logging in which can be seen
from outside only after login... Is it possible?
I can write all the technical details, version numbers and existing family
file content, if neccessary, but first I wnat to know if somebody has a
trick for hidden wikis.
I don't see an example in the documentation.
