Replaced CategoryMoveRobot class with a rewrite.

The new code is better readable, has more documentation and does not use the Category.copyAndKeep function anymore, that is only used by category.py. It supports now a history table printing function like in compat. The code is fully backwards compatible.

Fixed -hist option. If used print a history table.
