tests: pass expected failure with FilePage.get_file_url()
Starting with MW 1.44 thumbnail size is restricted to a list of size widths, see https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgThumbnailSteps.
Ignore this failing tests until we have a solution either in API:Imageinfo or the given FilePage method to enable CI tests/file_tests.py in meantime.
