There are no a-priori targeted participant, as we'd like to be open to everyone interested in policy work in Europe. That being said, let me state that these meetings have many elements of strategic planning and decision-making.

As for the date on the 26-27, if it turns out a popular option we'd have to ask WMNL how to best do it, because we wouldn't want to rain on their parade and distract from their events :)

For people who are not from Netherlands/Belgium and are traveling to that conference, putting this event on one of those two dates could make it convenient to be able to go to both. Just a thought.
