Hi all,

as mentioned during the Lean BXL Meeting, WMDE just started an event series discussing questions around the distribution of knowledge and thus power in the tradition of the Wikimedia Salon and in cooperation with with Deutschlandfunk Kultur (Radio station focusing on cultural topics, reaching 4.41 million listeners daily).

The idea is to stimulate a broader public debate on issues related with knowledge equity as a fundamental strategic goal of the Wikimedia Strategy 2030.

A website is being created with more background info. We plan on having discussions for example on the role of Wikidata in the knowledge society of the future and much more. Feedback is very welcome!
