Hi,
I will let the lawyers answer the first question while pointing out this
presentation by Tobias Lutzi

that respects Bulgarian and US copyright. There is a
The EU legal acts in the area of copyright have what is called "EEA
relevance". This means that apart from the (still 28) Member States, they

Hi,
Some Wikimedians are wondering if this copyright law have an impact on WP
since the servers are in the United States?
And do we know how many countries are concerned by this directive? With
Free trade agreements, countries outside EU could be impacted (Switzerland
? Tunisia ?...)
