Hi Bjoern,

Matt McGregor (from Creative Commons Aotearoa New Zealand, cc'd) has done a lot of work in the pretertiary sector and has built a number of resources to help schools adopt OER policies. I am sure he would be happy to identify which resources might be of use to you and also share the hurdles that he encountered and what approaches have been more successful.
