Dear All - I just joined City Library of Rijeka (Croatia)

as Wikimedian-in-Residence and would like to initiate

basic informing and possible education in it,

but also in the city (European city of Culture 2020)

and the country (this might be the first effort in Croatia).

Is there a good document or video to consult

on what to do first and how to advance my host
