Here's a reminder that the enforcement and execution process of the Universal Code of Conduct is an important factor in creating a safe, inclusive environment in all affiliates and wiki-workplaces.

In Phase 2 of the Universal Code of Conduct process, the Wikimedia Foundation is reaching out to all affiliates, in addition to discussion on a large number of wiki projects, to better understand your concerns, thoughts and feedback about the enforcement pathways of bylaws and UCoC.
