I've found limited discussions online, but see those ongoing at the Kurier (de) and Signpost (en).

Here is a poll about how we should vote -- please fill it out and suggest what comment we should leave.  As we can each leave comments along with our individual votes, the comments by WOW should reflect group-level considerations (like some of those already shared in discussion so far).
