A few days ago, Wikimania took place. I thought it could be useful to put all former
presentations related to the offline projects in a specific category.
Thus I created :

I went quickly through 2021 and 2019 and added some of the presentations I could find.
Please if you presented a talk at a previous wikimania session in related to offline
projects, add the category to it
