We are currently studying open-source libraries to be used in a refactor of UploadWizard, and FineUploaded is currently being considered: http://fineuploader.com/

That library is licensed under GPLv3, while UploadWizard is GPLv2. UploadWizard doesn't specify "2 or later".

Is that a problem? Does that mean we need to work on a license change for UploadWizard? If so, what would be the process?
