Note, I mean on their own photo hosting: Google+ doesn't allow marking photos with licenses, unlike Picasa. https://plus.google.com/111275098680181852126/posts/ZBD3vSWyvLw (And Panoramio was closed, and Commons is no longer shown on Gmaps.)
