In terms of adding metadata - Even if we don't know all files, that
doesn't mean we don't know most files. Doing it for 90% of files we do
know is better then doing it for 0% of files (imho)
And Google is dropping support
for license statements altogether. Etc.
That's sad. I didn't know that.
